1. Technical Exhibit Space
Minimum space is 10´ × 10´. Multiple 10´ × 10´ spaces, 10´ × 20´ peninsulas, and free-form "island" exhibits of 20´ × 20´ and larger are also available. We request that all free-form exhibits are either 20´, 50´ or 80´ in width due to the configuration of the halls in McCormick Place.

Exhibit Space includes:

  • Complimentary listing in the Daily Bulletin and RSNA.org, and other RSNA publications
  • Complimentary Exhibitor Registration (in advance only)
  • Aisle carpeting
  • Transportation between RSNA-designated hotels and McCormick Place
  • Access to the RSNA Pre/Post Registration List
  • Complimentary RSNA News subscription
  • 8-foot-high back drape with 4-foot-high side rails (in-line booths only)
  • 7" × 44" sign (in-line booths only)

2. Headquarter Office Space
Exhibitor's Headquarter Office Space is available to all exhibitors as an area away from the commotion of the exhibit floor for RSNA exhibit personnel to catch up with the home office, host a sales/staff meeting, check-in point, and break/lunch area for staff. Headquarter Space is provided in 100 square feet increments. Please note: Professional registrants are not allowed in this area. This area is restricted to exhibiting personnel and should not be used in conjunction with your exhibit booth activities.

3. Hands-on Computer Workshop
Computer Workshop classrooms will be in the Lakeside Center of McCormick Place. Classrooms may not exceed 30 participants per session. These workshops give you an opportunity to conduct hands-on computer sessions in a classroom environment to give attendees first-hand, real-world experience and assistance by offering orientation for potential customers or advanced training for current users.

Classroom includes:

  • 40´ × 32´ classroom (1,280 square feet) with windows and locking door
  • Fully carpeted floor
  • Exterior classroom signage (company logo and session titles)
  • Advance and onsite ticketing for each session
  • Assistance with the handling of workshop evaluation forms
  • Promotion of each computer workshop in official printed meeting materials

Rules and regulations
The rules and regulations governing exhibitor activities in conjunction with the RSNA meeting are included in the prospectus, to be mailed March 29.
